The Massage Care Club at Planet Massage is designed to make regular massage care more affordable, flexible, and easy to enjoy. Our massage membership gives you access to valuable member perks, including guest passes, referral rewards, rollover massage sessions, sharing options, member-rate gift certificates, and flexible membership terms.

Guest Passes
Invite friends, family, or coworkers to experience Planet Massage at a discounted introductory rate. Guest passes are a great way to share the benefits of professional massage therapy with someone new.

Free Massage Time
Love Planet Massage? Tell your friends, family, and coworkers. When someone you refer joins the Massage Care Club as a member, you may receive a FREE 30- to 60-minute upgrade on your next massage session.

Massage Session Splitting
Unused 60-minute or 90-minute prepaid membership massage sessions may carry over from month to month while your membership is active and in good standing.
Members in good standing may also split unused massage time. You can combine time to upgrade to a luxurious 90-minute massage session, or for a $5 fee per massage, split time into a shorter 30-minute massage when your schedule is limited.
Sharing Membership Massages
Members may share one membership massage per month with a friend, relative, or family member for a transfer fee of only $10 per massage.
The same recipient may receive one gift massage at member rates once every 180 days from the same member.
After 12 months of membership, members in good standing may also enjoy a once-per-calendar-year gifting benefit and permanently gift up to six gift certificates at no charge, limited to one gift certificate per friend or family member, up to six total recipients.
Member-Rate Gift Certificates
Purchase massage gift certificates for friends and family at your membership rate. This is a simple way to share the value of your Massage Care Club benefits with someone special.
The same recipient may receive one gift massage from the same member every six months.

Benefits for Current Members Do Not Expire
Your membership services are available for the full length of your active membership, as long as your account is not frozen and remains in good standing.
If you choose to leave the program, you will retain credit for the amount paid toward regular-priced services. However, your special member pricing and promotional membership benefits will no longer apply.
For example, if you are on a $59-per-month program and have one massage remaining when you cancel, that massage becomes a $59 credit toward a full-price, non-member massage. If you book a 60-minute deep tissue massage at the regular non-member rate, you would pay the remaining balance.
Initial Membership Commitment
The initial membership commitment is just four months from the date of sign-up. Memberships automatically renew and are billed monthly.
After the initial four-month term, you may cancel your massage membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

Freezing Your Membership
Life happens, and we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to temporarily freeze your membership.
Qualifying reasons for freezing a membership may include:
- Temporary relocation
- Extended illness
- Major surgery
- Loss of job
- Vacation
- Military leave
When a membership is frozen, monthly payments stop. During the freeze period, members may not use membership benefits or accrued membership services.
Your membership may be eligible to be frozen after a minimum of two monthly payments have been made following the initial payment. Memberships may be frozen for a period of 30 days to five months.
A membership may be unfrozen any time after the first 30 days of the freeze period, or it will automatically restart on the agreed-upon, predetermined freeze end date.
When Your Membership Freeze Ends
At the end of your agreed-upon membership freeze period, monthly dues will resume with your next scheduled automatic payment.
Please remember:
- You must be a member for a minimum of two months after your initiation month before requesting a freeze.
- You must wait two full billing cycles before requesting another freeze.
- Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time your membership was frozen.
- The terms, conditions, rules, and regulations of the original membership agreement continue to apply throughout the extended membership term.

Member Account Updates
Per the Membership Agreement, members are required to notify the clinic in writing of any changes to their address, credit card, or account information before the scheduled automatic payment date.

Massage Clinic Rules and Regulations
Clients agree to follow all Planet Massage clinic and spa rules and regulations.
Planet Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason. You agree to keep us informed of your general health, medications, medical procedures, injuries, or conditions that may affect your massage treatment.
You also agree to provide an updated intake form as needed, since health information and treatment needs may change over time.
Planet Massage reserves the right to update clinic rules, spa regulations, member terms, and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Planet Massage is not responsible for damaged, misplaced, lost, or stolen personal items.
