Your First Visit

Please come 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment, as there is a little paperwork to fill out. For your convenience, you can fill out your client information and waiver securely online, in advance from a tablet or computer ( Phones generally don’t work well). There’s no need to print anything.

Your therapist is a Florida-Licensed Medical Professional and will ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible, whether you are modest or experiencing a massage for the first time.

For traditional massage appointments, it is customary to disrobe to a level at which you feel comfortable. Each person has their own level of comfort. Some prefer to remove most of their clothing to allow for greater freedom of movement, while others may choose to keep their undergarments on, which is perfectly fine. Additionally, we have experience working with clients who prefer to remain fully clothed, although this is less ideal for certain treatments. Rest assured, you will ALWAYS be covered (draped) with a sheet or towel, and your therapist will only uncover the specific area being worked on, leaving private areas fully covered, except for the gluteal region (buttocks), which may be treated with your consent, as it is sometimes necessary for addressing back or sciatic pain.

During your initial check-in, you will have the opportunity to discuss any questions or preferences with your therapist, including areas to focus on or avoid. We can also accommodate special requests, such as the firmness of touch, and offer creams or powders instead of oils if you prefer to leave the session with less residue.
