Free Massage Time!

Love Planet Massage so much you just want to shout it out? Refer your Friends, family and coworkers! If they love it as much as you do and join as a member you’ll receive a FREE 30-60 minute upgrade to your next massage session! *Please call for details, **Void where prohibited by state law**



Splitting:

Your unused 60 minute or 90 minute prepaid membership massage sessions will carry over from month to month if unused. Members in good standing can split these unused massages and upgrade to a luxurious 90 minute session. For a $5 fee per massage, you may also split them down to schedule a quickie 30 minute massage when your time is limited.



Sharing:

You can gift can share one of your membership massage per month with a friend, relative or family member for a transfer fee of only $10 per massage. ( The same recipient may enjoy one gift massage at member rates one every 180 days by the same member). Once per calendar year after 12 months of membership, you can do a gifting spree and permanently gift up to 6 gift certificates ( one per friend or family member up to 6) at no charge as long as you are a member in good standing.



Gift Certificates:

Purchase gift certificates at your member price for friends and family at your membership rate. (same recipient may enjoy one gift massage every six months by the same member).

Terms and Conditions:



The initial term of your commitment is just four months

from date of signup. Memberships are automatically renewed and will be billed on a monthly basis. After 4 months you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.



Benefits never expire for current members.

You have the entire length of your membership to use your membership services as long as your account is not frozen and in good standing. If you choose to leave the program, you will retain credit for the amount paid for your services, towards regular priced services, but your special pricing will go away. A non member will receive credit for the amount spent on any regularly priced services, but loose their promotional pricing until such a time as they choose to join again. Example. You are on a $59 a month program and have one massage left over when you cancel your membership. Your member massage will turn into $59 credit towards a full price, non member massage, so if you booked a 60 minute deep issue, your balance would be $31.



Freezing your membership:

Life happens and we understand this. Situations may arise where you would like to freeze your membership and we offer a solution. Temporary relocation, extended illness, major surgery, loss of job, vacation or military leave qualify. When a membership is frozen, payments will stop and a member may not use his/her membership benefits or accrued membership services for the duration of the freeze period. Your memberships is eligible to be frozen after a minimum of two monthly payments have been made after the initial payment. Memberships may be frozen for periods of 30 days to five months. Memberships may be unfrozen at any time at least 30 days after the beginning of the freeze or will automatically restarted on a agreed upon and per-determined freeze end date.



On the sunset of your agreed upon membership freeze term,

Monthly dues will resume being to be debited starting with your next scheduled automatic payment. Please remember that you must be a member for a minimum of two months after your initiation month before you may freeze your membership. You must wait for two billing cycles to complete before requesting another freeze. Your membership expiration date will be extended by the amount of time that your membership was frozen. Terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the original membership agreement continue to apply through the extended membership term. To initiate a freeze, simply contact Planet Massage in writing.



Members are required

Per the Membership Agreement, to notify the clinic in writing of any change in address, credit card or account information on file prior to the scheduled automatic payment. Payment Authorization Forms are available at Planet Massage.



Client agrees to following massage clinic rules and regulations.

We have the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason. You agree to keep us informed of your general health, medicines and any medical procedures or conditions which may effect your treatment. You agree to provide an updated intake form as these may change. Planet Massage reserves the right to change the clinic/ spa rules, regulations, member terms and pricing at any time upon providing a reasonable notice. Planet Massage is not responsible for damaged, misplaced, lost or stolen personal items.
